The hamper was a gift for my friend, she loved it and said everything was delicious!
This was an anniversary gift. I ordered it on Thursday evening & it was delivered 1.00pm on Friday. What service ! The recipients were absolutely delighted with the afternoon tea & the extras such as truffles, shortbread & prosecco. By Sunday, only a few teabags remained.
My order was for a birthday gift and my sister was delighted with it however it was not delivered on the day it should have been. I contacted customer services and Wendy was very helpful explaining the reason for the delay and keeping me updated. The delivery was made the following day. Wendy told me in her email that I would be given a 20% discount and also gave a code to use for my next purchase. I have not received the discount as yet.
