PAYMENT DETAILS
Payment can be made online through our secure server website using Opayo’s secure payment facilities with any of the following credit or debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo or Delta.
Payments can also be made via PayPal. If you make a payment via PayPal there is also an option to use their ‘Payin3’ on purchases over £30. Acceptance for ‘Payin3’ credit is with PayPal and not Delimann Hampers.

PLACING AN ORDER WITH DELIMANN HAMPERS

When placing your order, please ensure that all the information is accurate and correct. Once the order has been placed you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us detailing the products you’ve ordered, your delivery date and address and the total amount you’ve paid. This email is automatically sent to you from our website to the email address provided for the purchaser on the order form. It’s very important that everything is checked on this email so that Delimann Hampers can be contacted in time to make any amendments or changes to the order before dispatch. Please check your junk and spam folders as emails can sometimes end up there. Contact us if you haven’t received an Order Confirmation email.
Delimann Hampers reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons such as (but not limited to) website service availability, product availability or errors in product price and descriptions.
Delimann Hampers also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders if we suspect fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction has taken place.
PRICING, PACKAGING & DELIVERIES
Pricing
All prices on our website are shown in pound sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at the time of publication, Delimann Hampers however reserve the right to change the prices of products and services at any time.
Packaging
All hampers and gift boxes are securely packed by Delimann Hampers for transport purposes. Damages to any packaging including the hampers and their contents must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Deliveries

We despatch by overnight courier for next day or nominated day delivery or by Royal Mail Tracked for 3 day around your chosen delivery date. We recommend you leave clear instructions at the checkout as to where the parcel should be delivered if no-one is at home (for example, with a neighbour or in a porch) especially if you have ordered a perishable hamper. It is also advisable to let the recipient know that the goods are perishable, so they do not change the delivery date (a facility which is offered via the tracking information sent by text or email by DPD or Royal Mail).
We cannot accept any liability if our courier has acted upon your delivery instructions and the parcel has been damaged, lost or stolen from the address, or if the date has been changed by the recipient and this results in the perishable goods being lost or unfit for purpose. Please telephone us on 01364 223010 if you are in any doubt.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. If you are not sure of the address we would recommend you check before proceeding with your order. Non delivery of orders must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery date.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations
Under the Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel an order within seven working days of delivery. However, this doesn’t apply to food and beverages or any items made specifically for you. You can however cancel your order before your delivery date by calling us on 01364 223010 or by email on hello@delimann.co.uk and we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately, once an item has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returns Policy
It is the policy of Delimann Hampers to ensure that all our goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. To this end, we do not exchange food, beverage or any other items once they have been packed and dispatched for delivery. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are unhappy with any items within your hamper or gift boxes and wish to return them please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery by calling 01364 223010 or emailing hello@delimann.co.uk.
Returns will be made at your own risk and cost and must be within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We can only accept the return of non-perishable products, we cannot accept returns of any fresh or frozen products such as scones, cakes or clotted cream. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once received, a refund of the item/s only can be made.
Damaged Goods
On the rare occasion that a hamper or product arrives damaged, please email us at hello@delimann.co.uk with an image of the damage and details of how the delivery was made; ie was the driver aware of any breakages, was it left in safe place etc. Once we have this information we can send a replacement product or issue a refund.
SUBSTITUTIONS AND ALCOHOL PURCHASE
Substitutions
Every effort will be made to supply the items as specified, but as many of our products are from small artisan producers, on rare occasions Delimann Hampers reserves the right to substitute items of a similar or greater value, should the need arise. You are within your rights to decline any such substitute items. In this event you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and we will make arrangements to collect them from your address. You will receive a refund of the value of any such goods returned to us unopened within 30 days of our receipt of the goods.
Alcohol Purchase
It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. It is also an offence for persons under 18 to buy, or attempt to buy alcohol. No person under the age of 18 may place an order with Delimann Hampers if the goods contain alcohol.
If your order contains alcohol, you will be asked at the checkout to certify that you are 18 or older in order to proceed.
DATA PROTECTION

Delimann Hampers will collect the personal details you provide to us on our website when placing an order for the purposes of providing you with our services, products, transactional information and Delimann Hamper review requests. Delimann Hampers do not hold any financial information.
This information will not be used for our own marketing purposes unless you have chosen to subscribe to our mailing list. If at any time you wish to stop receiving our marketing emails you can unsubscribe using the link provided at the bottom of every email or by contacting us directly on hello@delimann.co.uk or calling 01364 223010 and we will remove your details from our database.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by contacting us and if you find any inaccuracies we will delete or amend them.
We need to use the services of external companies to help provide the service we offer to our customers. This means that we may need to share your data at certain points to help us fulfil your orders and improve the service and products we offer in the future. To be transparent, we use the following services: DPD, Royal Mail, Mailchimp, GrowMatik, Opayo, PayPal, WorldPay, Google Analytics and Customer Reviews Ltd. We will be obliged to share data should we be approached by the Police, or another legal agency who have correct documentation to ask for said data.
Delimann Hampers takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. All of our users’ information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, creating dispatch labels, and customer services) are granted access to personally identifiable information. COMPETITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Entrants must be resident in the UK Mainland and aged 18 or over, you will be asked to provide your date of birth when you submit your entry form. Winners will be picked at random and notified by email only within three working days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond to our first email, 2 more attempts to contact them by email will be made, if we still do not get a response a new winner will be pick at random.
If an online entry is not possible, please call our office and we will be happy to make an entry for you.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash/credit/date alternative available. In the event of circumstances outside our control, we reserve the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the prize be unavailable for any reason.
