The security of your online purchase is of paramount importance to us. All transactions take place on our very own secure server using the latest available security technology. All data sent to our server and the data returned to you when viewing a secure page is encrypted to prevent unauthorised persons intercepting your details. When you enter the checkout area of our site you will move to our secure server.

If you are not happy about disclosing your Credit Card or Personal Details over the Internet, feel free to telephone us using the numbers above. You can instantly see that a page is being viewed in secure mode as the URL (address) will start with "https://" instead of the usual "http://". The extra "s" stands for secure, this can also be validated as secure pages have a small yellow icon displayed in most browsers.

Product Pricing

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT. For overseas deliveries please call our customer service team (Mon – Fri) on 01626 201556 to obtain a quote.

We reserve the right to change carriage prices in the event of an increase in fuel supplements.


All mail order hampers and gift boxes are securely packed by the Deliman securely for transport purposes.  Any damages to any packaging including hampers must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery please. 

Delivery Address Information

We despatch by overnight courier for next day delivery.  At the checkout we recommend that you leave instructions eg safe place, in porch, try neighbours etc if the recipient is not at home or cannot get to the door. Please note that the DPD driver cannot telephone the contact numbers for further instructions, these numbers are required for the DPD automated delivery tracking and notification service only.

We strongly advise that you let the recipient know that a parcel is being delivered to them and the goods are perishable. This is so that they do not change the delivery date (a facility which is offered by DPD).

We cannot accept any liability if our courier has delivered the parcel as requested and the recipient was not at home to receive it and this results in the perishable goods being unfit for purpose.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. If you are not sure of the address we would recommend you check before proceeding with your order.  Non receipt of orders must be reported to us within 5 days. 

If the delivery is not successful and the recipient has not claimed the parcel within 3 days after the attempted delivery it will be returned to us by the courier. We incur a £12 return fee which we reserve the right to pass on to the customer at our discretion


Cancellation of Orders

Under the Distance Selling Directive, you may also cancel your order within seven working days of delivery. However, this doesn’t apply to food and beverages or any item made specifically for you. To cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing and return the item within two weeks of receipt and in its original packaging to Delimann, 47 Blenheim Close, Newton Abbot, TQ12 1QR.  Postage costs will not be the responsibility of Delimann and proof of postage is not proof of receipt of goods.  This does not affect your statutory rights.


Returns Policy

It is the policy of the Delimann to ensure that all our goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. To this end, we do not exchange food, beverage or any other item that has come into contact with the person. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Every effort will be made to supply the items as specified. However, the contents of the Hampers and gift boxes are subject to demand, availability and ruling prices. The Delimann reserves the right to substitute items of a similar value, should the need arise. You are within your rights to decline any such substitute items. In this event you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and we will make arrangements to collect them from your address. You will receive a refund of the value of any such goods returned to us unopened within 30 days of our receipt of the goods.

The hampers and gift boxes pictured contain only the items listed. On rare occasions, the wine featured may be substituted for a wine of similar or greater vintage and quality.



Claims for damage, loss or any shortcomings in an order  will be met provided the goods are signed for on receipt as either ‘damaged' or ‘unexamined' and we are informed at once and confirmed in writing within 3 days of delivery. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection and the Delimann may request you to make arrangements for return of the goods to us at our expense for examination if photographic evidence is inconclusive. Returned goods should be clearly marked with the senders name and address. Our liability is limited to the selling price of the goods in all cases.


It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. It is also an offence for persons under 18 to buy, or attempt to buy alcohol. No person under the age of 18 may place an order with the Delimann if the goods contain alcohol.

Data Protection

The Delimann is compliant with the Data Protection Act. When you order, we will receive personal or company details which enable us to process your order. We will not pass your details on to any third party organisation and will treat your details with complete confidentiality. We may occasionally send you promotional material relating to the Delimann only. If you do not wish to receive such material then you may contact us on and we will remove your details from our mailing list. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by contacting us and if you find any inaccuracies we will delete or amend them

Competition Rules

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash/credit/date alternative available. In the event of circumstances outside our control, we reserve the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the prize be unavailable for any reason. The winners will be picked at random from all correct competition entries under independent supervision. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK. The winners will be notified by email No responsibility can be accepted for lost or misplaced entries; incomplete entries will be disregarded. One entry per individual will be entered into the prize draw.

Sale of Alcohol

We can only sell alcohol to persons over the age of 18. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to purchase alcohol.
